He is also the author of numerous scaling patterns including, team self-design, Gemba sprint, and Behavior stories. His experience and empathy have made him a sought-after consultant, trainer, and speaker on organizational design and change.

Ahmad and his family live like modern-day Bedouins. Moving from place to place, learning new cultures, and experiencing new things.

He has also completed multiple Ironman and ultra-endurance events. He is also the race director of his own event.
